IT Administrator – Fully Remote

\n💷 Salary: £28,000–£38,000, depending on experience
\n📅 Hours: Monday–Friday
\nThe Opportunity
\nFindCore are thrilled to be assisting a well-established and growing business with the recruitment of an IT Support Analyst.
\nThis is an excellent opportunity for an IT support professional to join a supportive technical team, providing remote assistance to users and helping ensure systems, software and equipment operate effectively.
\nKey Responsibilities
\n• Provide first-line technical support to users by telephone, email and remote-access tools
\n• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software and connectivity issues
\n• Log, manage and update support tickets accurately
\n• Set up user accounts, devices and system access
\n• Support Microsoft 365 applications and Windows environments
\n• Troubleshoot password, network and email-related issues
\n• Escalate more complex technical problems when required
\n• Maintain clear records of incidents, solutions and system updates
\n• Deliver a professional and helpful service to users
\nSkills & Experience
\n• Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Windows operating systems
\n• Confident troubleshooting common hardware and software issues
\n• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
\n• Ability to explain technical information clearly
\n• Organised approach with good attention to detail
\n• Comfortable managing multiple support requests
\n• Able to work independently in a fully remote environment
\n• Relevant IT qualifications would be advantageous but are not essential
