Paint Prepper

Job Description:

Our client is seeking a Paint Prepper to support the preparation of vehicles for high-quality paint refinishing. You will be responsible for preparing panels and vehicle surfaces to a professional standard, ensuring all work is completed efficiently and safely to meet company and customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare vehicle panels for paint, including sanding, masking, filling, and priming
\n
• Identify and rectify surface imperfections prior to painting
\n
• Ensure vehicles are cleaned and correctly masked before entering the spray booth
\n
• Work closely with paint technicians to maintain workflow and quality standards
\n
• Follow health & safety procedures and maintain a clean working environment
\n

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Paint Prepper within an accident repair or fleet environment
\n
• Good knowledge of preparation techniques and materials
\n
• Ability to work to deadlines with strong attention to detail
\n
• Team player with a positive and reliable attitude
