We support our customers with range of support needs which may include frailty and dementia, we help them regain or maintain their independence and live well in their own homes. Some of our customers have more complex support needs and may require personal care, including bathing, toileting and getting dressed.\n
What youll do\n
\n We provide 24-hour support to our customers\n
\n Working closely with the care team to follow support plans and reporting any concerns.\n
\n Supporting our customers with everyday daily living activities\n
\n Youll have plenty of time for cuppas, chats and catch ups, theres no rushing from one customer to the next here!\n

You have\n
\n A level 2 or above, or equivalent in social care or being willing to work towards this\n
\n If youve worked in a CQC care setting previously, that would be great!\n
\n Have a positive, caring can-do attitude, and empathy to really make a difference to our customers lives.\n
\n Previous experience of working with support plans, recording and using information concisely and effectively.\n
\n Knowledge of local community and networks would be brilliant.\n

The practical bits\n
\n This is a service based role with day shifts only.\n
\n 2 week rota working days, week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday; week 2: Wednesday, Thursday and Friday\n
\n Able to use technology for creating and updating support plans.\n
\n Youll need an Enhanced DBS check done and we pay for that.\n
