M&E Site Manager

M&E SITE MANAGER / FOREMAN Housing, Groundworks & Small Car Park Projects Location: UK Salary: Competitive daily rate Contract: Contract Start Date: ASAP We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Site Manager/Foreman to join our team and support the delivery of housing developments, groundworks and small car park projects. EXPERIENCE REQUIRED The successful candidate should have solid construction site experience, ideally with a background in: * Housing / residential developments * Groundworks and civil engineering * Small car parks and external works * Kerbing / curbs and edging * External paving and paving slabs * Concrete slabs and hardstanding * Drainage and utilities * Roads, access routes and footpaths * Foundations and associated groundworks * Working with subcontractors and plant operators * Managing small teams and multiple trades ESSENTIAL SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS * Proven experience managing construction sites or leading site teams. * Good understanding of health & safety and RAMS. * Ability to read construction drawings and understand levels and setting-out information. * Experience supervising groundworks, kerbing, paving and slab works. * Strong communication and organisational skills. * Practical, hands-on approach to construction. * CSCS card appropriate to the role. * Experience working as a Site Manager, Foreman or General Foreman would be advantageous. * Right to work in the UK If you think you are a good fit for this role please apply within
