Registered Manager

We’re looking for an experienced Registered Manager to lead services for our client - a well established national provider. The role is just outside Edinburgh City Centre. As a Registered Manager, you’ll oversee high‑quality support for adults with learning disabilities and autism, ensuring safe, personalised and empowering care. About the Role – Registered Manager * Lead and develop a team of Support Workers and Team Leaders * Oversee care delivery for individuals with varied and complex needs * Maintain quality standards and drive continuous improvement * Build positive relationships with families, staff and external partners * Ensure services run safely, effectively and in line with regulations What We’re Looking For – Registered Manager * SVQ Level 3 Health & Social Care (Level 4 desirable or working towards) * Strong operational and people‑management experience * Full UK driving licence * Confident leader with a passion for high‑quality care If you’re a motivated Registered Manager who leads by example and delivers outstanding care, we’d love to hear from you.
