• Lead the implementation of the Treasury Management System (TMS) within the accounting and finance department.

• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure project requirements are met.

• Develop and manage project timelines, ensuring deadlines are achieved.
\n
• Monitor progress and address any issues or risks that arise during implementation.
\n
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status and outcomes.
\n
• Ensure the TMS integrates seamlessly with existing financial systems.
\n
• Offer post-implementation support and training to relevant teams.
\n
• Identify opportunities to optimise processes during the implementation phase.

Profile

\n
• Experience managing system implementation projects, particularly within transport and distribution.
\n
• Strong knowledge of accounting and finance processes.
\n
• Excellent project management skills, including planning and organisation.
\n
• Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
\n
• Proficiency in analysing and solving technical and process challenges.
\n
• Familiarity with either Kyriba or FIS Integrity (TMS) and their integration with financial platforms.

Job Offer

• Daily rate of £600 to £850, dependent on the level of experience, Umbrella
