Engineers will attend residential properties to investigate and resolve plumbing & heating issues as well as routine servicing. its ok if you just specialise in one area such as plumbing
\nDepending on your experience and qualifications, jobs may include:

- Boiler servicing and repairs \n
- Central heating fault finding and repairs \n
- Plumbing repairs and installations \n
- Heating system maintenance \n
- Power flushing \n
- Drain unblocking and clearance \n
- General domestic plumbing and heating work \n
Youll be expected to diagnose problems efficiently, complete work to a high standard and communicate clearly with customers.
\nWhere additional work is identified, you should be comfortable explaining the issue to the customer and providing a clear quotation where appropriate. Accurate job notes and photographic records will also be required.
What were looking for\nWere interested in hearing from professional engineers with strong practical experience and the ability to work independently.
\nIdeally, you will have
\n- \n
- At least5 years' industry experience \n
- Strong domestic plumbing and heating knowledge \n
- Good fault-finding and diagnostic skills \n
- Gas Safe registration and the relevant gas qualifications if carrying out gas-related work \n
- Your own suitable, fully insured van \n
- Your own tools, equipment and PPE \n
- A smartphone with internet access \n
- Good communication and customer service skills \n
- The ability to manage your own workload and appointments \n
- A professional attitude and pride in your workmanship \n
