This is a senior leadership role that deputizes for the Head of Fund Management and bridges strategic vision with operational execution.**Key Responsibilities**- Develop and execute existing and new fund strategies to meet investment objectives- Implement tax strategies and structures to optimise fund performance- Oversee cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, financial reporting, performance reporting, cash repatriation, and risk management across all funds- Manage and coordinate fund administrators and asset management providers, including performance oversight- Work closely with Investor Relations on new investor onboarding and due diligence- Collaborate with the investment team on capital raising and fund structuring activities- Ensure compliance with legal structures, fund prospectuses, regulatory requirements, and internal governance standards- Engage with senior stakeholders, including Executive Committee members**About NextEnergy Capital**NextEnergy Capital is an energy infrastructure investment manager.
