Plumber - Cylinder Manufacturer & Plumbing MaintenancePlumbing, Heating or Gas Engineer1x South London areaOne of the UK's leading manufacturers of hot water cylinders and thermal storage solutions, are seeking a Plumbing & Heating Field Engineer, to join the engineering team.The RoleBased from home, as a Plumber Engineer, you'll provide plumbing diagnostics, repairs, commissioning & maintenance, across a range of products, including unvented & vented cylinders, heat pump systems, and thermal stores.In addition to undertaking warranty work, we work with the UK's largest retirement apartment providers, undertaking plumbing maintenance & repair across their residential apartments.ResponsibilitiesDiagnose and repair faults on hot water cylinders and related components (immersion heaters, valves, pumps, sensors, controls).Complete planned maintenance, warranty repairs, and product upgrades.Ensure all work meets industry standards and manufacturer specifications.Complete service reports, job sheets, and warranty documentation accurately.Adhere to G3 regulations and all compliance requirements.Provide clear explanations of system operation and maintenance.Maintain a professional, customer-focused approach at all times.Share field feedback to support product development.Attend training sessions and keep technical knowledge up to date.Your Skills & ExperienceYou will have a customer focused approach, a great communicator coupled to either previous plumbing maintenance & repair experience, heating or gas engineer experience and a full UK driving licence.You will also possess:Experience with hot water systems, unvented cylinders, thermal stores, or domestic heating systemsStrong diagnostics and fault-finding skillsExcellent communication and customer service abilitiesAbility to work independently and manage a your workloadFull UK driving licence.AdvantageousG3 Unvented Hot Water qualificationExperience with heat pump cylinders or hybrid heating systemsElectrical competency (17th/18th Edition or equivalent).Remuneration & BenefitsBased from home our engineers work Monday to Friday on a 45hr week, including paid travel from door to door.An additional one day is worked on a weekend rota every six weeks, paid at overtime.Competitive salary (£40,000 to £45,000 based on experience).Company van, fuel card, tools, uniform, and PPE25 days holiday + bank holidaysPension schemeInitial & ongoing technical trainingOpportunities for progression within a growing teamInterested in discussing or applying? - then contact us at startMonday now.Interested?
