Swan Family is offering an exciting opportunity for a Family Intervention Worker to join our warm and supportive team in Sefton. Youll be working within our Children and Family Contact Centre and out in the community, helping to create safe and positive environments where families can connect, grow, and thrive.What Youll Be DoingSupporting children and young people by transporting and escorting them safely to and from family contact sessionsObserving and supervising contact sessions between children and their familiesSafeguarding children by risk-managing and intervening appropriately when neededWriting clear, factual observation reports within agreed timescalesAttending planning meetings and reviews to support childrens progressTaking part in training and supervision to continue developing your skillsAbout YouWere looking for someone who is:Caring, patient, and approachable , with a calm natureSkilled in report writing and attention to detailConfident in managing challenging situations and resolving conflictKnowledgeable about safeguarding and passionate about keeping children safe What Youll NeedEssential:A minimum Level 3 NVQ (or equivalent) in Children and Young PeopleA current DBS for working with adults and children (we can help with this if needed)Desirable:A driving licence and access to a car (not essential)Why Join Swan Family?At Swan Family, we believe every child deserves to feel safe, supported, and heard.
