Our client based in Central London are seeking to add a Bridging Finance Solicitor from 3 years + to join their property team. Long term prospects are on offer with hybrid after probation.Key Responsibilities for this Bridging Finance Solicitor vacancy:\n

• Manage caseload of commercial property transactions from instruction through to completion.
\n
• Draft & review loan agreements, debentures, personal guarantees, and security documentation
\n
• Review titles, searches, valuations in line with Lender requirements.
\n
• Liaise with Underwriters to satisfy pre-loan conditions as part of bridging transactions.
\n
• Advise clients and lenders on associated risks.
\n
• Approach matters with both a risk-conscious and commercial view.
\n
• Maintain excellent communication and visibility throughout caseload.
\n

Person Specification for this Bridging Finance Solicitor:\n

\n
• Solicitor admitted in England & Wales from 3 years + PQE
\n
• Commercial and strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills
\n
• Keen to support and help grow a thriving Commercial Property practice
\n
• IT literate to include Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet applications
\n
• Ability to demonstrate commercial awareness and pro-activity
\n
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal and the ability to convey clear and concise information
\n
