Project Architect Leicester Up to £50,000 Aztrum are proud to be working closely with an established AJ100 architectural practice based in Leicester. Our client is looking to appoint an experienced Project Architect to join their growing team, working across a strong portfolio of residential projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a Project Architect with strong project-running experience to take the next step in their career, working on high-quality residential projects within a well-established AJ100 practice. Key Responsibilities for this Project Architect role: • Lead and deliver residential projects across multiple RIBA stages • Take responsibility for running projects from inception through to completion • Produce and coordinate design and technical drawing packages • Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors throughout project lifecycles • Ensure projects are delivered to programme and meet relevant UK regulations and standards • Contribute to the continued success and development of the wider architectural team Key Requirements for this Project Architect role: • Qualified Architect • Minimum 6 years’ project-running experience • Strong experience working across residential projects • Proven ability to run projects independently from inception through to delivery • Proficiency in Revit is essential • Strong technical knowledge and understanding of UK Building Regulations • Excellent communication and organisational skills • Experience working across multiple RIBA stages If this opportunity sounds like a fit, please contact Harley at , or alternatively on (phone number removed) for more information
