Assistant Marketing Manager Location: Hayes Salary: Upto £45,000 plus Benefits We’re looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to join a growing team based in Hayes. This is a hands-on, multi-channel marketing role with a particular focus on Social Media, Influencer Marketing and Digital, working closely with the Marketing Director. What we're looking for Proven marketing experience with strong Social Media and Influencer Marketing experience. Experience managing influencer/creator relationships and campaigns. Good understanding of digital marketing, particularly PPC, SEO and paid social. Experience managing agencies and/or junior team members. Creative, commercially minded and confident bringing new ideas to the table. Excellent communication and organisational skills. A hands-on approach — someone who enjoys getting things done rather than just managing from a distance. Marketing degree, CIM qualification or equivalent experience. What you'll be doing Lead social media and community management, creating engaging content and growing brand presence. Manage influencer and creator partnerships from identifying opportunities through to delivery and performance. Manage digital activity across PPC, SEO, display and paid social. Line manage and support a small Marketing Executive team. Manage external PR, media and marketing agencies. Support campaigns across e-commerce, retail, events and experiential. Track campaign performance, analyse results and identify opportunities to improve ROI. Help deliver creative campaigns across multiple channels and ensure consistent brand messaging.
