Cleaning Supervisor Location: Dover Salary: £14.50 per hour Contract: Permanent Start Date: 17th August 2026 DBS: Valid Basic DBS required We are currently recruiting for a Cleaning Supervisor to join a team in Dover on a permanent basis. This is a part-time position with responsibility for overseeing the day-to-day cleaning operation and supporting the wider cleaning team. Working Hours: Monday to Thursday: 5:00pm – 8:00pm Friday: 1:00pm – 5:00pm Key Responsibilities: * Supervise and support the cleaning team to ensure high standards are consistently maintained * Allocate daily cleaning duties and manage staff rotas * Carry out regular quality checks and ensure tasks are completed to the required standard * Monitor cleaning stock and report any equipment or maintenance issues * Ensure Health & Safety and COSHH procedures are followed * Provide training and support to cleaning team members where required * Act as the main point of contact for day-to-day cleaning operations * Assist with cleaning duties when required Requirements: * Previous experience in a cleaning supervisory or team leader position * A current and valid Basic DBS * Good organisational and communication skills * Reliable and responsible approach to work * Ability to lead a team while also being hands-on when required About Morgan Jones: Morgan Jones Limited acts as an employment agency.
