About the Company I'm working with a well-established specialist contractor who delivers high-quality construction projects across London and the Home Counties. Due to continued growth, they're looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to join the team. About the Role You'll be responsible for the day-to-day management of site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme and to a high standard. Key responsibilities: Managing subcontractors and site labour Coordinating daily site activities and programme Maintaining health & safety compliance Monitoring quality and progress of works Liaising with clients, the Project Manager and the wider site team Completing site records and progress reporting Requirements Proven experience as a Site Manager SMSTS, Black CSCS & First Aid Strong organisational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple trades and maintain programme Salary & Benefits Up to £280 per day Permanent position Long-term career opportunity with a growing contractor Immediate or flexible start available
