Are you an experienced Line Leader? Would you like to earn a £1,500 signing on bonus? Were looking for a confident and proactive Line Leader to join our fast-paced Production team at Natures Way Foods.

This is a hands-on Supervisory role with responsibility for leading your team to deliver safe, high-quality products while meeting daily performance targets. Youll coach colleagues, monitor KPIs, drive improvements and ensure food safety and compliance standards are met at all times.

\n

Shift pattern

\n

Days only:

\n

Fixed days 7am 7pm.

\n

You will work 7 days within a 14-day period. Typically:

\n

Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday
\n Week 2: Wednesday & Thursday

\n

Nights only:

\n

Fixed nights: 7pm 7am.

\n

You will work 4 days a week - Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday.

\n

\nResponsibilities\n
\nKey Responsibilities\n

As a Line Leader, you will:

\n

\n
• \n

  Lead, guide and coordinate Production Operatives and agency colleagues on your line

\n
• \n

  Ensure all Health & Safety standards are followed, reporting accidents and near misses immediately

\n
• \n

  Complete start-up checks and manage non-conformances, escalating major issues appropriately

\n
• \n

  Ensure food safety, GMP and customer standards are met at all times

\n
• \n

  Take ownership of line KPIs including yield, waste, giveaway and downtime

\n
• \n

  Monitor Short Interval Control (SIC) hourly and implement corrective actions when required

\n
• \n

  Ensure accurate and timely completion of food safety and compliance paperwork

\n
• \n

  Coach and train colleagues to achieve right-first-time quality standards

\n
• \n

  Manage line resources effectively including labour, materials and equipment

\n
• \n

  Deliver clear and detailed handovers between shifts

\n
• \n

  Identify and communicate continuous improvement opportunities

\n

\n

This is a supervisory role you set the standard and lead by example.

\nQualifications\n
\nWhat Were Looking For\n

\n
• \n

  Previous experience within FMCG or food manufacturing

\n
• \n

  Supervisory experience or strong demonstrable leading capability

\n
• \n

  Proven machine operation experience

\n
• \n

  Strong understanding of KPIs and production targets

\n
• \n

  Good organisational and timekeeping skills

\n
• \n

  Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

\n
• \n

  Confidence to coach, motivate and manage performance

\n
• \n

  Fluent spoken and written English

\n

\n

Ideal candidate:

  Already working as a Line Leader, Senior Operative or aspiring Supervisor

\n
• \n

  Comfortable managing performance and escalating issues

\n
• \n

  Data-driven and KPI aware

\n
• \n

  Strong on food safety and compliance

\n
• \n

  Calm under pressure

\n
