Quantity Surveyor

We are recruiting a Quantity Surveyor with experience in fast-track fit-out projects, ideally within the hospitality sector. Responsibilities include cost management, procurement, subcontractor accounts, valuations, and final accounts. Candidates should have strong fit-out experience, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.\n

Your responsibilities as a Quantity Surveyor\n

• Support cost planning, budgeting, and financial tracking across multiple projects
\n
• Preparing estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documentation
\n
• Carry out take-offs and measurements using CostX
\n
• Work with site teams to monitor progress, variations, and cost impacts
\n
• Contribute to valuations, interim applications, and final accounts
\n
• Attend site visits to gather data and support delivery on active projects
\n

What were looking for in a Quantity Surveyor\n
\n

\n
• Previous experience in estimating and take-offs
\n
• Strong numerical and analytical capability with attention to detail
\n
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
\n
• Experience with CostX, ConQuest, or similar software is advantageous
\n
