Quantity Surveyor - Saxton Recruitment is partnering on an exclusive role with a groundworks and construction contractor to appoint a Quantity Surveyor.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to work play a key role in an expanding business based in Derby operating as a groundworks contractor and main contractor on building projects.

Salary & Package:
\n - Basic salary of £45,000 - £55,000 (DOE)

Key Duties:
\n - Procurement and managing sub-contractor packages
\n - Organising payments and compiling reports
\n - Managing project variations and valuations
\n - Produce accurate records and reports

Requirements:
\n - Experience working with a construction contractor
\n - Experience working as an Assistant QS or QS
\n - Experience working on 'live' projects
\n - Industry related qualification

To qualify for the higher rate of pay you must be able to demonstrate a track record working as a Quantity Surveyor delivering construction projects ranging from £1m+.
