Roofer

Join a well established social housing contractor and receive a company van, fuel card, and all essential tools from day one. As a Roofer, you will be responsible for carrying out responsive maintenance and repair work within domestic properties across the Oakham area, travelling between Lecietsershire and Peterborough.\n

As a Roofer, you will be:\n
\n

\n
• Carrying out roofing repairs and maintenance on flat, tiled, and slated roofs
\n
• Repair and renew guttering, work on scaffolds and carry out scaffold inspections
\n
• Inspecting roof defects to determine the most effective repair methods
\n
• Undertaking minor carpentry work associated with roofing tasks
\n

Id love to speak to Roofer who has:\n
\n

\n
• Over 3 years trade experience, ideally within a repairs or maintenance environment
\n
• NVQ in Roofing Occupations (or equivalent)
\n
• Experience working on both pitched and flat roofs
\n
• A full, valid UK driving licence
\n
• Willingness to undergo a DBS check prior to starting
\n
