\nThe role of an Unqualified Teacher:
\nAs an Unqualified Teacher, you'll pay a key role in maintaining classroom continuity during teacher absences. Your responsibilities will include:

- Supervising students and ensuring they complete pre-planned tasks. \n
- Manging classroom behaviour and fostering a positive learning environment. \n
- Assisting pupils with questions and providing guidance. \n
- Adhering to the school's behaviour and safeguarding policies. \n
- Collecting and handing in completed work to the Head of Department. \n
- Offering feedback on lessons and student engagement \n
About You:
\nTo succeed in this role, you'll need:
\n- \n
- An undergraduate degree in a subject area such as Chemistry, PE, Business Studies, Computer Science. Or others. \n
- Strong communication skills, confidence, and adaptability. \n
- A genuine enthusiasm for working with young people and supporting their educational journey. \n
