Project Quantity Surveyor – Tier 1 Main Contractor (Data Centres) – ScandinaviaSalary/Package: Market Leading Salary + Accommodation + Monthly Return Flights + Living Allowance + Sponsorship + Travel/Car Allowance + Private Medical + Pension + Discretionary BonusO'Neill and Brennan are currently working with a leading Tier 1 main contractor, turning over circa £1bn annually, who are looking to appoint an experienced Project Quantity Surveyor to join their growing data centre business in Scandinavia.This is an excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor from a main contracting or reputable residential developer background to make the transition into the data centre sector, working on some of the largest and most technically complex construction projects in the market.The business has established strong relationships with several blue-chip clients and is now benefiting from significant repeat business, with a growing pipeline of major data centre schemes across Sweden and Finland .Importantly, previous data centre experience is not required .
