Paragon Resource Solutions are seeking a detail-oriented Painter in Great Yarmouth.You will be responsible for transforming spaces through expert painting and decorating techniques, ensuring high-quality finishes that meet client specifications. Your work will contribute to creating visually appealing environments for a commercial project.Responsibilities- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, filling cracks, and applying primers to ensure optimal paint adhesion.- Apply paints, varnishes, wallpapers, and other decorative finishes with precision and attention to detail.- Use a variety of tools and equipment including brushes, rollers, spray guns, and scaffolding safely and effectively.- Collaborate with project managers and clients to understand design requirements and deliver desired aesthetic results.- Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and disposing of waste responsibly throughout each project.- Conduct quality checks on completed work to ensure durability, smoothness, and adherence to safety standards.- Follow all health and safety regulations diligently to protect yourself and others on site.Requirements- Proven experience in construction painting and decorating with a strong portfolio of completed projects.- Ability to operate various painting tools and equipment confidently.- Valid drivers license with reliable transportation.- Excellent communication skills in English for effective collaboration with team members and clients.- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality finishes.- Knowledge of safety procedures related to working at heights, scaffolding, and handling hazardous materials is preferred.For more information please call Mel or Demi on 01473 565 919TPBN1_UKTJ
