Take on a subcontract Electrician role offering around £250 per day , with consistent work across residential properties in North Birmingham. This is a great opportunity to join an established refurbishment contract, delivering a varied programme of electrical works across homes in the area.Youll be working independently across residential properties, completing everything from board changes and isolations through to installations, testing and electrical works associated with kitchen upgrades. Youll need your own van, but no DBS check is required for the contract.Id love to see CVs from anyone who has worked as an Electrician , Electrical Tester or Electrical Installer within housing, refurbishment or similar environments.As an Electrician, you will be:Completing consumer unit and distribution board changesCarrying out electrical isolations safelyUndertaking a range of electrical installation worksCompleting electrical inspection and testingCarrying out electrical works associated with kitchen upgradesTravelling between residential properties across North BirminghamWorking safely in line with current electrical regulations and contract requirementsId love to speak to anyone who has:Gold Card18th Edition Wiring RegulationsA recognised inspection and testing qualification, such as City & Guilds 2391Experience with board changes, isolations, installations and testingExperience working within occupied or residential propertiesTheir own van and reliable transportThe ability to work independently and adapt to changing site requirementsThe Electrician role is offering the following benefits:Around £250 per daySubcontract/contract engagementVaried workload across an established housing refurbishment contractNo DBS check requiredLocation & travelThis Electrician role is based across North Birmingham, with travel required between residential properties throughout the contract area.
