\n - £49,400+ per year
\n - £193 shift rate (including £25 night out tax-free allowance)
\n - monthly pay
\n - drop & swap trailers between RDCs/depots/yards
\n - Sunday starts, times vary week-on-week
\n - 5 consecutive shifts (ending Thu PM/Fri AM)
\n - average shift length between 9-11 hours
