Are you a Production Team Leader or similar, looking for training on forklifts and direct progression routes into supervisory positions?

You will be responsible for leading and monitoring the production team and ensuring health & safety procedures are followed. You will oversee product quality, ensure packaging meets company standards, monitor product temperatures, and keep production running efficiently to meet daily targets.

With almost 40 years of industry success, this expanding company supplies some of the UK's largest retailers including Sainsbury's and Asda. As they continue to grow, they are looking for a Production Team Leader to play a key role in leading and developing their production team.

This role would suit a Production Team Leader or similar who is looking for the opportunity to further progress their career, for a business that can offer structured development into supervisory positions and optional overtime to increase earnings.

The Role:

• Leading and monitoring the production team
\n
• Keeping production running efficiently to meet daily targets
\n
• Operating Forklift Trucks as needed (full training provided)
\n
• Monday to Friday, 10:00pm - 6:30am, 36 hours
\n
• Optional overtime, 1.33x during the week and 1.5x on a weekend
\n
