Multi Track RTA Paralegal

As a Paralegal you will support a team of Solicitors in the personal injury department with multi-track Road Traffic Accident (RTA) claims.

Key Responsibilities

\n
• Drafting letters of claim, witness statements, particulars of loss and schedules of loss
\n
• Responding to claimant enquiries
\n
• Assist in preparing instructions to Counsel
\n
• Preparation of trial bundles
\n
• Reviewing expert reports and drafting client updates
\n
• Attending client meetings
\n
• Assist with new client enquiries
\n
• Conducting legal research
\n

Key Requirements

\n
• LB Law degree or equivalent qualification
\n
• Previous experience supporting RTA or Personal Injury cases
\n
• Strong client care and organisation skills
\n
