\nRapier Employment are currently seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our client as a Transport Coordinator.\n
Responsibilities:\n
\n

\n
• To manage and coordinate daily yard activity across inbound and outbound activity.
\n
• Control and optimise trailer movements ac ross the yard supporting shunter activity.
\n
• Reporting: Complete shift performance reports and vehicle defect notes, including breakdown callouts where applicable.
\n
• Communication: Maintain effective communication with customer services via email and provide operational updates to the Warehouse and transport teams.
\n

Shift Details:\n

• Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off.
\n
• 1 position Days - 06:00 18:00 - £27,752.18
\n
• 1 position Nights 18:00 06:00 - £28,753.18
\n

Requirements:\n
\n

\n
• Previous experience in transport coordination or a related field is preferred.
\n
• Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
\n
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
\n
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
\n
