Recruitment Delivery Consultant\n
\nBerkhamsted | Hybrid working (3 days a week) | £28,000£35,000 + commission up to 25%\n
\nThis is an opportunity to join a specialist pharmaceutical recruitment business where the delivery consultants are allowed to focus on what theyre actually good at - finding great candidates, building relationships and filling jobs.\n
\nThe roles youll work are predominantly retained or exclusive, so you wont be firing CVs into the same vacancy as five other agencies. The business cares much more about quality than pointless activity targets, and consultants only manage a small number of active searches at a time.\n
\nWhat will you be doing?\n
\nSourcing and approaching specialist candidates internationally\n
\nBuilding proper, long-term candidate relationships\n
\nQualifying candidates and understanding what they actually want\n
\nProducing carefully selected shortlists\n
\nPreparing candidates for interviews\n
\nManaging people throughout the recruitment process\n
\nWorking closely with an experienced client services team\n
\nWho would suit it?\n
\nYou could already work in recruitment, delivery or account management. Pharma experience would be useful, but it certainly isnt essential - the market can be taught.\n
\nWhat matters more is that youre confident, organised, curious and able to have sensible conversations with experienced professionals.\n
\nWhats on offer?\n
\n£28,000£35,000 basic salary\n
\nCommission of up to 25%\n
\nNo commission threshold\n
\n75% fee credit on the roles you deliver\n
\nThree office days and two days from home\n
\nRetained and exclusive vacancies\n
\nLinkedIn Recruiter and a strong recruitment tech stack\n
\nTraining, mentoring and ongoing development\n
\nThe opportunity to qualify for unlimited holiday\n
