\nThe Role
\nAs a Customer Success Manager, you'll own a portfolio of customers across Scotland and act as their primary strategic contact within Aareon.
\nYou'll build strong relationships with key stakeholders, understand what success looks like for each organisation, and work proactively to ensure they realise maximum value from their investment in our solutions.
\nWorking closely with teams across Product, Support, Professional Services and Sales, you'll play a key role in customer retention, advocacy and growth.
\nThis role would suit someone who enjoys balancing relationship management, problem-solving, strategic account planning and commercial conversations.
\nKey Responsibilities

- Build trusted relationships with key customer stakeholders and system users \n
- Understand customer objectives and develop success plans to support them in achieving their goals \n
- Drive product adoption, engagement and customer satisfaction across your portfolio \n
- Use data and customer insights to identify risks, opportunities and areas for improvement \n
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities that deliver additional value to customers \n
- Collaborate with Account Managers to develop and execute growth plans \n
- Act as the voice of the customer internally, sharing feedback, trends and opportunities \n
- Work closely with Support, Product, Professional Services and Onboarding teams to coordinate customer activity \n
- Maintain accurate customer records, account plans and CRM data \n
- Support customer reviews, business reviews, workshops and user engagement activities \n
What We're Looking For
\nEssential Skills & Experience
\n- \n
- Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Relationship Management or a similar customer-facing role \n
- Outstanding relationship-building and stakeholder management skills \n
- A consultative and proactive approach to customer engagement \n
- Strong communication and presentation skills \n
- Commercial awareness with the ability to identify growth opportunities \n
- Confidence using CRM and customer success platforms such as Salesforce, Planhat or similar \n
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple customer relationships simultaneously \n
- Comfortable analysing data and turning insights into action \n
- A genuine team player who enjoys collaborating across departments \n
- Strong technology aptitude and the ability to quickly learn new software platforms \n
Desirable

- Experience working in a SaaS or technology business \n
- Knowledge of, or enthusiasm for, the social housing sector \n
- Experience delivering customer reviews, adoption strategies or success plans \n
- Understanding of customer retention and account growth strategies \n
Location & Travel
\nThis is a remote-based role covering customers across Scotland.
\nTo maximise customer engagement, we are particularly interested in hearing from candidates based within the Central Belt, including:
\nGlasgow, Edinburgh, Falkirk, Stirling, Livingston, Lanarkshire and surrounding areas.
\nRegular travel to customer sites across Scotland is expected, alongside occasional visits to our Manchester and London offices for team meetings, training and company events.
