With the scale and growth plans of the business, there is also a strong possibility for this role to become permanent.The RoleAs HR Advisor, you'll play a key role in delivering a high-quality HR advisory service, partnering with managers across the business and supporting a broad range of people matters, with a particular focus on Employee Relations.Key responsibilities include:Managing a varied ER caseload from start to finish.Advising managers on disciplinary, grievance, capability, absence management and suspension cases.Supporting managers through formal HR processes and ensuring a compliant, consistent approach.Preparing HR documentation and maintaining accurate records.Liaising with Occupational Health providers and supporting wellbeing-related cases.Assisting with Employment Tribunal administration where required.Working collaboratively with the wider HR team to deliver an exceptional HR service.About YouWe're looking for an HR professional who enjoys Employee Relations and thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.You'll ideally have:Previous experience in an HR Advisor role with significant ER exposure.Confidence managing complex employee relations cases independently.A sound understanding of UK employment legislation and HR best practice.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.The ability to influence, coach and support managers effectively.Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.What's on Offer?18-month fixed term contract with strong potential to become permanentSalary of circa £35,000Opportunity to join a highly successful and growing organisationExposure to a broad range of HR and Employee Relations mattersGenuine progression and development opportunitiesSupportive, collaborative and experienced HR teamA role that will significantly enhance your HR careerIf you're looking for a role that will accelerate your HR career and provide exposure, development, and progression within a thriving organisation, we'd love to hear from you.TPBN1_UKTJ
