Scaffolding supervisor

We have an opportunity to work on our MOD project in Plymouth, delivering major redevelopment works over the coming years. PAYE basis Paid Holidays: 30 days per year (including bank holidays) Must Have: * Blue CISRS Card * SSSTS * Safety Critical Medical preferred * Previous experience supervising scaffolding operations on major construction or infrastructure projects * Strong knowledge of scaffolding systems and safe working practices * Experience supervising and coordinating scaffolding gangs * Good understanding of Health & Safety procedures * Strong communication and leadership skills * Ability to coordinate labour and resources effectively * Reliable and proactive approach to work * Must be eligible for BPSS Security Clearance * Candidates must hold a passport from a NATO or MISWG member country and have resided in the UK for the past 5 years This role is site based - Monday to Friday 45 hours per week 07:30am - 17:00pm Key Responsibilities: * Supervise scaffolding gangs and daily site activities * Coordinate labour and resources to ensure works are completed safely and efficiently * Ensure scaffolding is erected, modified and dismantled in accordance with project requirements * Monitor scaffolding works to ensure compliance with Health & Safety procedures * Liaise with site management, engineers and other trades * Conduct briefings and communicate work requirements clearly to the workforce Some Benefits: Pension Lodge if required
