Full training and support will be provided to help you succeed. What you'll be doing * Assembling oven units and components to a high standard * Using hand tools and power tools safely and confidently * Following clear instructions, diagrams, and processes * Carrying out quality checks to ensure products meet specifications * Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals * Maintaining a safe, organised, and positive working environment What we're looking for * A positive attitude and willingness to learn * Good attention to detail and pride in producing quality work * Ability to work effectively as part of a team * Reliability and a strong work ethic * Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is beneficial but not essential, as training can be provided What you'll receive * Competitive starting pay of £12.71 per hour, rising to £14.15 per hour after 12 weeks * A stable, long-term opportunity with potential for career progression * A four-day working week, giving you a three-day weekend every week * Full training and ongoing support from an experienced team * A welcoming, inclusive workplace where everyone's contribution is valued
