Soldering Technician

Our client is seeking a Soldering Technician to join their growing team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in aiding in the PCB assemblies for a multitude of customers for a highly reputable Electronics Manufacturer. Monday to Thursday 8:00am – 4:30pm and a 3:30pm finish on a Friday Temporary to Permanent Benefits of the Soldering Technician: * Free onsite parking * Holiday pay * Opportunity to go permanent * Development and progression opportunities The role of the Soldering Technician: * Build products to customer drawings * Thru hole soldering wire harnesses onto PCB’s * Follow assembly instructions to assemble final PCB’s * Maintain quality standards * Maintain a clean working environment * Work well in a team environment to achieve production goals * Tinning * Packing of products for Despatch * Basic Electronics Testing * Report any defects to Production Supervisor Experience of the Soldering Technician: * Previous soldering experience * Ability to handle small tools and soldering equipment * Able to read Electrical drawings (desirable) * Previous experience in a Manufacturing environment
