Fire Alarm Installation Engineer Location: London, Essex, Kent & South East Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent Salary: Up to £40,000 basic + OTE Company Van: Provided Role Overview Our client is looking for a hands-on Fire Alarm Installation Engineer to join its Minor Projects team. The role is predominantly focused on cable and containment installation across commercial sites, including first-fix works, cabling, conduit, trunking, tray and basket. This is an installation-focused position rather than a service, commissioning or project management role. Key Responsibilities Install fire alarm cabling and containment. Carry out first-fix installation works. Install conduit, trunking, tray and basket. Support new and existing fire alarm installations. Work from drawings and project instructions. Maintain good site housekeeping and safe working practices. Liaise with Project Engineers, Project Managers and site teams.Experience Required Strong cable and containment installation experience. Commercial site experience. Good practical electrical installation knowledge. Ability to read drawings and follow installation specifications. Fire alarm installation experience preferred. ECS/CSCS, IPAF, PASMA or relevant electrical qualifications advantageous. Full UK driving licence.What’s on Offer Up to £40,000 basic. + OTE Company van.
