Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5pm

About the Role:

\n

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment Resourcer to join our high-performing team. You will be responsible for sourcing and screening candidates for warehousing, production & manufacturing industries and the commercial industry, ensuring a seamless recruitment process that meets both business needs and compliance standards.

\n

Key Responsibilities:

\n

\n
• Source, screen, and engage candidates for positions across the Bristol area
\n
• Use job boards, social media, internal databases, and direct outreach to build candidate pool
\n
• Conduct initial telephone and interviews to assess suitability and job fit.
\n
• Ensure all pre-employment checks are carried out efficiently and accurately, including:
\n
• Right to Work verification (full training given)
\n

\n

What We're Looking For:

• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
\n
• Confident communicator with the ability to engage with candidates and hiring teams professionally and efficiently.
\n
• Proficient in using recruitment systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
\n
• Motivated driven individual
\n
