Join our client's growing legal team as a Commercial Property Lawyer in Gloucester. This role offers a qualified solicitor with commercial law experience the opportunity to advise a diverse client base on complex and high-value commercial matters.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Draft, review, and negotiate a range of commercial agreements.
\n
• Provide advice on commercial contracts, terms and conditions, and business transactions.
\n
• Support clients with risk management and regulatory compliance matters.
\n
• Deliver pragmatic legal advice to businesses across various sectors.
\n
• Manage a caseload independently while maintaining high service standards.
\n
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
\n
• Assist with business development and networking activities.
\n
• Stay updated with relevant legislation and legal developments.
\n

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales.
\n
• Ideally 2+ years PQE in commercial law.
\n
• Strong experience in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.
\n
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
\n
• Commercially minded with a practical approach to problem-solving.
\n
• Ability to manage multiple matters and prioritise workloads effectively.
\n
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
