Registered Manager - 6-month FTC

We are looking for anInterim Manager in Glasgow. This role offers a competitive daily rate ranging from £350 to £500 and inside IR35. You'll have the chance towork within a residential and nursing home in Glasgow.\n
\n As an Interim Manager, you will:\n
\n - Oversee the nursing home, ensuring high standards of care.\n
\n - Manage and lead a team of healthcare professionals.\n
\n - Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.\n
\n - Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual needs.\n
\n - Liaise with families and other healthcare providers to coordinate care.\n
\n - Provide training and support to staff on specialised care techniques.\n
