\nAn exciting opportunity to join an established FM service provider based in Salisbury has arisen! CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting a Fabric Engineer based in a high-profile building in Salisbury. He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive fabric maintenance within a team of roughly 50 across this static site.\n
\nThe successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in building maintenance. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of up to £33,000, overtime, further training and a route into further career progression.\n

• Monday to Friday
\n
• 8am to 5pm

Key Duties & Responsibilities\n
\n

\n
• Basic Carpentry
\n
• Painting and plasterboard.
\n
• Changing locks.
\n
• Door hinges.
\n
• Floor repairs.
\n
• Minor repairs to office furniture
\n
• Putting together small equipment/ Flat packs
\n
• Kick and push plates.
\n
• Install/ Repair blinds
\n
• Basic Plumbing.
\n
• Maintain and update Log books
\n
• Assist the maintenance team on-site
\n
• Escort subcontractors
\n

Requirements\n
\n

\n
• Level 2 in Carpentry, Painting & Decorating, etc (Desirable)
\n
• A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
\n
• Multi-skilled
\n
• Good communication skills
\n
• Client Facing
\n
