REED Education are delighted to be working in partnership with a thriving and welcoming Ofsted-rated 'Good' secondary school in North Cambridgeshire, who are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Maths Teacher to join their team from September 2026.

This is a full-time, long-term position initially running until December 2026, with the exciting potential to become a permanent appointment from January 2027 for the right candidate.

The Role

As a Maths Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and challenging lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, helping students develop confidence in numeracy, problem-solving, and mathematical reasoning.

You will join a supportive Mathematics department committed to high standards of teaching and learning, with a shared focus on achieving positive outcomes for all students.

The Ideal Candidate

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is preferred but not essential
\n
• Experience teaching Mathematics in a secondary school setting
\n
• Strong subject knowledge across the Mathematics curriculum
\n
• Ability to build positive relationships with students and colleagues
\n
• Passion for raising attainment and inspiring young people
\n
• Excellent classroom management skills
\n
