AI Engineer - Python / React / GenAI

London - Paddington | 3-4 days onsite | Contract | Inside IR35

\n

We're looking for AI Engineers to join a large financial services organisation in London, working on the development of new Generative AI applications.

\n

You'll be joining a team building and taking AI solutions into production, working predominantly with Python, React and AWS.

\n

The work will include building applications using LLMs, developing RAG pipelines, working with AI agents/agentic workflows, and integrating AI capabilities with existing applications and data.

\n

What we're looking for

  • Strong Python development experience\n

    • \n
  • React / TypeScript experience\n

    • \n
  • Hands-on experience building Generative AI / LLM applications\n

    • \n
  • Experience with RAG pipelines\n

    • \n
  • Understanding of AI agents / agentic workflows\n

    • \n
  • AWS experience\n

    • \n
  • Experience taking applications into production\n

    • \n

Experience with areas such as vector databases, embeddings, LLM evaluation, prompt engineering, Claude and GitHub Copilot would be beneficial.

\n

You'll need to be comfortable working closely with both technical and business teams, and able to take fairly open-ended problems and turn them into working solutions.

\n

Financial services experience would be useful but isn't essential.

\n

Location: Paddington, London

\n

Hybrid: 3-4 days per week onsite

\n

Contract: Inside IR35
