\nYour work will contribute directly to Derventio Housing Trust’s delivery of the Consumer Standards and our commitment to providing high-quality homes that support people on their pathway to independence.

\nHas excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
\nBuilds positive relationships with residents, contractors and colleagues.
\nCan manage competing priorities calmly and effectively.

\nUnderstands the importance of safe, compliant homes.
\nEnjoys working independently while contributing to a supportive team.
\nShares our values of Integrity, Transforming and Proactive.
\nMost importantly, we’re looking for someone who genuinely wants to make a positive difference.
\nWhat You’ll Be Doing
\nYou’ll:
\n- \n
- Inspect our homes and identify repairs and maintenance needs. \n
- Coordinate repairs from initial report through to completion. \n
- Monitor contractor performance and quality. \n
- Support statutory compliance inspections. \n
- Maintain accurate property records. \n
- Help improve property standards across our housing portfolio. \n
- Contribute to continuous improvement. \n
- Work collaboratively to deliver excellent services for residents. \n
What You’ll Bring
\nYou’ll have experience within housing, property, facilities management or maintenance and be comfortable coordinating multiple priorities.
\nYou’ll communicate confidently with residents, contractors and colleagues, use IT systems effectively and take ownership of your work.
\nAn understanding of property compliance, repairs and housing standards would be advantageous.
\nMost importantly, you’ll demonstrate professionalism, integrity and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
\nWhy Join Derventio Housing Trust?
\nYou’ll become part of an organisation that genuinely changes lives.
\nWe invest in our people because we know great services are delivered by great teams.
\nYou’ll benefit from:
\n- \n
- Meaningful work that makes a real difference. \n
- A supportive and collaborative working environment. \n
- Opportunities for learning and Continuing Professional Development. \n
- A culture that values professionalism, innovation and continuous improvement. \n
