This team advise on excellent quality work relating to infrastructure and regeneration schemes, major residential and commercial developments, and a broad range of high-value planning work for both public and private sector clients What will you do?

\n
• Negotiate and draft planning and infrastructure agreements (Section 106, Section 278)
\n
• Advise clients on planning applications, planning strategy and development risk
\n
• Provide support on national infrastructure projects and development consent orders
\n
• Work closely with the real estate team on development projects
\n

What will you need?

\n
• Experience in planning law is essential
\n
• Ideally at least 2 years PQE, but flexibility on this
\n
