Corporate Finance Director

Your new company A leading professional services firm is seeking an experienced Corporate Finance Director or Associate Director to help build and grow its mid-market advisory practice. This is a unique opportunity for a commercially focused deal professional to take ownership of client relationships, drive business development, and play a key role in establishing a high-growth service line with a clear route to Partnership.Your new role

• Lead buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions from origination through to completion.
\n
• Deliver financial due diligence assignments, including acquisitions, disposals, and management buyouts.
\n
• Advise clients on deal structuring, completion mechanisms, earn-outs, and post-completion matters.
\n
• Work closely with legal advisers, investors, and other transaction stakeholders.
\n
• Build relationships with corporates, private equity firms, lawyers, and introducers.
\n
• Identify and win new business opportunities within the mid-market.
\n
• Contribute to pitches, proposals, and cross-selling initiatives.
\n
• Mentor and develop junior team members.
\n

What you'll need to succeed

\n
• ACA, ACCA or equivalent qualified.
\n
• Currently operating at Associate Director or Director level within a professional services firm.
\n
• Strong track record of delivering mid-market M&A and financial due diligence engagements.
\n
• Excellent technical knowledge of transaction services, deal structuring, IFRS, and UK GAAP.
\n
• Commercially minded with strong business development and relationship-building skills.
\n
• Motivated by the opportunity to help build and shape a growing advisory practice.
