The Opportunity\nAn excellent opportunity has arisen for a Night Concierge to join a small, prestigious residential building in London, comprising of 30 flats.
\nThis is a fantastic role for someone who takes pride in delivering a professional, discreet and first-class service to residents and guests. Working as part of a small team, you will be responsible for the smooth running of the front of house throughout the night.
Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Providing a warm, professional and discreet welcome to residents and guests \n
- Managing the reception and front-of-house area throughout the night \n
- Monitoring access to the building and ensuring appropriate security procedures are followed \n
- Handling resident requests and enquiries in a calm and professional manner \n
- Managing deliveries, post and couriers \n
- Monitoring CCTV and building systems \n
- Conducting regular checks of communal areas and reporting any issues \n
- Responding appropriately to maintenance issues, incidents and emergencies \n
- Liaising with contractors, emergency services and relevant stakeholders when required \n
- Maintaining accurate handover notes and communicating important information to the day team \n
- Ensuring the building remains secure, well-presented and running smoothly overnight \n
- Providing consistently high levels of customer service to residents \n
We're looking for someone who is professional, reliable and genuinely enjoys working in a customer-facing environment.
\nYou will ideally have:

- Previous experience in a residential concierge or front of house role \n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills \n
- A polished and professional presentation \n
- A calm and composed approach, particularly when dealing with unexpected situations \n
- Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills \n
- The ability to work independently and use initiative during the night \n
- A discreet and professional approach when dealing with residents and their personal requirements \n
- Previous experience within a luxury residential, five-star hotel or premium environment is advantageous \n
