Be-IT are supporting a leading consultancy in the search for an experienced Test Manager to join a major SAP transformation programme with a global end client.

\n

This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in the implementation of a new SAP S/4HANA-based payroll solution, taking ownership of test strategy, test execution and stakeholder engagement across a complex enterprise environment.

What you'll be doing \n

\n
• Leading the end-to-end testing workstream across a large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation
\n
• Defining and executing test strategy, test plans and governance processes
\n
• Managing integration testing, UAT, defect management and deployment readiness activities
\n
• Working closely with business stakeholders, SMEs, third-party partners and technical teams
\n
• Ensuring test activity remains aligned to programme timelines, risks and delivery objectives
\n
• Driving test quality and supporting successful go-live outcomes
\n

What we're looking for \n

\n
• Proven experience as a Test Manager on large-scale SAP programmes
\n
• Strong SAP S/4HANA experience
\n
• Background leading end-to-end, integration and UAT testing activities
\n
• Experience operating within complex transformation environments
\n
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
\n
• Ability to work across both technical and business teams
\n

Desirable \n

\n
• Experience supporting SAP HR, Payroll or Workforce Management implementations
\n
• Consultancy or client-facing delivery experience
\n

Contract Details \n

• Outside IR35
\n
• Contract until February 2027

• 2 days per week onsite in Edinburgh
