About the Role Our client is looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join their growing team based in Northampton. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded project manager with a strong background in commercial interior fit-out. You will take responsibility for managing multiple projects from pre-start through to successful completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest standards.Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage multiple live commercial fit-out projects simultaneously.
\n
• Plan labour requirements and develop project programmes.
\n
• Carry out regular site visits and attend client meetings.
\n
• Manage site teams and subcontractors to ensure efficient project delivery.
\n
• Work closely with the Project Coordinator to procure materials and coordinate deliveries.
\n
• Identify, prepare and price project variations.
\n
• Support the preparation of valuations and final accounts alongside the Project Coordinator.
\n
• Resolve day-to-day site and project issues proactively.
\n
• Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout each project.
\n
• Ensure all projects comply with health and safety requirements and company standards.
\n

About You To be successful in this role, you will have:\n

• Proven experience managing commercial interior fit-out projects.
\n
• Excellent organisational and planning skills.
\n
• Commercial awareness with the ability to manage project costs and variations.
\n
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
\n
• Strong communication and client relationship management skills.
\n
• The confidence to lead site teams and subcontractors effectively.
\n
• A proactive approach with the ability to work independently and make informed decisions.
\n
• A full UK driving licence.
\n
