BIM Manager

I'm working with a key client based in London who is looking to hire a BIM Manager to support the delivery of BIM projects across a growing portfolio of work.

• Strong Revit experience
\n
• Experience working with point cloud data
\n
• Knowledge of ISO 19650 standards
\n
• Experience with Common Data Environments (ACC/CDE)
\n
• Ability to develop and manage BIM Execution Plans (BEPs)
\n
• Experience using Navisworks and AutoCAD
\n
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
\n
• Previous experience as a BIM Manager, Senior BIM Coordinator or similar
\n

• Develop and maintain BIM standards and workflows
\n
• Support project teams with BIM best practice
\n
• Ensure BIM deliverables meet project and quality requirements
\n
• Coordinate digital project delivery across multiple schemes
\n
• Provide technical support and guidance to project teams
\n
• Drive continuous improvement in BIM processes
\n
