Sales Account Executive - EventsReports to: Head of Sales & MarketingWorking pattern: 5 days out of 7, flexed to meet business needsLocation: London, Westminster. This is an office based roleJoin one of London's most iconic event venuesCentral Hall Westminster is the largest heritage events venue in Westminster, hosting conferences, exhibitions, graduations, corporate events, concerts and public gatherings from 2 to 2,000+ guests. Working with corporate organisations, charities, agencies and private clients, we deliver a diverse programme of events in one of London's most recognised venues. A place people are proud to work, where integrity, caring, collaboration and innovation shape our decisions and actions.We are looking for a commercially focused Sales Account Executive to join our sales team, who will convert enquiries into confirmed business, grow revenue from existing accounts and develop relationships with new clients.The RoleYou will manage enquiries from initial contact through to confirmation, providing a professional and responsive service. Working across corporate, charity, agency and private event markets, you will secure events ranging from small meetings to large-scale conferences, graduations and concerts.Key responsibilities include:Managing enquiries for events of 2 to 2,000+ attendeesPreparing proposals and quotationsConducting venue site visits and client meetingsConverting enquiries into confirmed businessBuilding relationships with new and existing clientsManaging and developing key accountsWorking with colleagues and service partners to maximise revenueApplying commercial judgement to pricing and yield managementMonitoring enquiries through our venue management systemRepresenting Central Hall Westminster at industry eventsIdentifying market trends and growth opportunitiesAbout YouYou will have experience in venue, conference, event or hotel sales, or a similar commercial role within the hospitality or events sector.
