This is an exciting opportunity at Butlin's — a chance to shape a new position from day one! As a Supervisor Plus, you will be the heartbeat of your team, driving exceptional standards and transforming a good guest day into an unforgettable experience.

You'll be hands-on, visible, and trusted to make things happen — coaching your team in real-time, solving problems on the spot, and ensuring every guest enjoys the Butlin's experience they deserve.

Reporting to: Manager
Core base: Accommodation (Mondays and Fridays, our busiest changeover days)
Plus: Flexible time across departments throughout the week, wherever your energy is needed most.

What You'll Be Doing\n

Your key responsibilities include:

\n

• Leading from the front — keeping your team focused, motivated, and in the right place at the right time.
\n
• Coaching the team to achieve key targets, from add-on sales to guest experience scores.
\n
• Owning CAFF audits in accommodation and relevant audits in whichever department you're supporting.
\n
• Ensuring guests always find what they need, when they need it.
\n
• Monitoring NPS and guest feedback, turning insights into actionable improvements.
\n
• Championing the Butlin's Values and Leadership Behaviours every day.
\n
• Being the voice that connects Manager plans to team delivery — clearly, consistently, brilliantly.
\n
• Building strong relationships across your resort, other resorts, and central support teams.
\n
• Supporting your team throughout their journey with us — from onboarding to development and beyond.
\n
• Turning every audit and observation into practical, visible improvements.
\n

• ️ Supervisor Plus – Buffets: Be the face of a warm, welcoming dining experience. Champion food safety, maintain appealing buffet bays, and coach your team to deliver five-star hospitality.
\n
• Supervisor Plus – Bars & Shops: Energize our bars and retail spaces. Coach the team on sales and service, manage stock control, and ensure every venue meets brand standards while having fun!
\n
• Supervisor Plus – Restaurants & QSRs: Set the tone for a brilliant dining experience. Drive upselling and ensure every guest feels looked after from the moment they sit down.
\n
• Supervisor Plus – Splash: Lead in one of our most safety-critical environments. Bring poolside expertise and a passion for water, ensuring high standards and guest safety while delivering a fantastic splash experience.
\n

About You\n

You're a natural leader who thrives on coaching a team through busy shifts and engaging confidently with guests. You lead by example, notice the details others miss, and know how to turn feedback into real improvement.

If you're going for Splash, you'll also bring:

\n

\n
• An NPQL (National Pool Qualification for Lifeguards) or equivalent qualification.
\n
• Previous experience working in a swimming pool environment.
\n
• Strong knowledge of pool safety.
\n
