\nAbout the Role
\nThis is a fixed-term contract opportunity within our People Services team, playing a key role in delivering an exceptional onboarding experience for new joiners. As a People Coordinator, you'll ensure every stage of the onboarding journey runs smoothly and efficiently.
\nWorking in a fast-paced environment, you'll manage the end-to-end onboarding process, from issuing contracts and offer documentation to coordinating pre-employment checks and supporting candidates through to their start date.
\nThis opportunity is ideally suited to someone with experience in HR Administration, Recruitment Administration or a Coordinator role who enjoys structured processes, has excellent attention to detail and thrives in a busy environment. You'll bring a positive, can-do attitude, enjoy building relationships and be comfortable managing high-volume, repetitive tasks while maintaining exceptional levels of accuracy and service.
\nWhat You'll Be Responsible For

Managing high-volume onboarding activity for new starters, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.

Preparing and issuing employment contracts, offer letters and associated onboarding documentation.
\n

Coordinating pre-employment checks, including references, right to work, security clearances and occupational health requirements.
\n

- \n
Monitoring onboarding progress and proactively following up outstanding actions to ensure deadlines are met.
\n

Acting as a key point of contact for candidates, employees and hiring managers, responding to queries in a professional and timely manner.
\n

Maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring all data is processed in line with GDPR requirements.
\n

Identifying opportunities to improve processes, templates and ways of working to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
\n

Supporting the team through periods of change and high-volume activity while maintaining excellent service standards.

What you'll Bring to the role;
\nEssential

Previous experience in HR Administration, Recruitment Administration, Onboarding or Coordinator roles.
\n

Experience preparing contracts, offer letters and employment documentation.
\n

Strong administration skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
\n

Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

Strong communication skills with the confidence to build positive relationships with candidates, employees and managers.

Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
